Cancellation Policy

You may have the right to cancel or request a refund under certain circumstances, in accordance with this policy.

Refunds or cancellations can only be issued if:
  • you have not logged in and accessed the learning materials for a study unit
  • you have not completed (or attempted to complete) any tests; and
  • you have not received a Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation (whether digital or physical) on the course.

Once your Unlimited access has been removed, you will not be able to access course runs that you had access to after the free access period had ended. This includes not being able to take part in any tests or to receive a digital or printed certificate.

R|M|V|A, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
In case R|M|V|A cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the learner.
As with any online purchase experience the terms and conditions below govern the Cancellation/Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the R|M|V|A website you agree to our Terms of Use and the points below.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training
  • If the cancellation is done by the learner within 48 hours of subscribing, 5% will be deducted as administration fee.
  • If the cancellation is done by the learner after 48 hours of subscribing no refund will be made.
  • In case of End User Computing courses (e.g. Word / Excel), 50% administration and cancellation charges will be levied on the total fee paid by the learner and the remaining amount will be paid if the cancelation is done within 48 hours of subscription
  • Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or more, prior to the event, 10% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the learner.
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or less, prior to the event, no refunds will be made.

  • All cancellation/Refund requests must be made in writing to the Academy
  • To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at with your email address and order number.
  • If you are entitled to a refund we will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay for the Product(s).
  • All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
